1. Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible while ensuring they are handled with care.

Processing Time: Since many items are handmade or customized by young creators, please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment.
Domestic Shipping (India): Shipping within India typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location, with a special focus on Kerala deliveries.
International Shipping: We ship globally! International delivery times vary between 15–25 business days.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided during checkout.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Handmade & Creative Works: Because the items in our shop are unique creations made by children, we generally do not accept returns for “change of mind.” This ensures the young talent receives their fair share for their hard work.

However, we do accept returns or exchanges if:

The item arrived damaged or defective during transit.
The wrong item was sent to you.

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package to be eligible for a return or exchange. Please provide photo or video evidence of the damage.

3. Refund Process

If a refund is approved due to damage or error, the following steps apply:

We will inspect the evidence provided by you.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the young creator has begun preparing your item or the shipping process has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
